Every Fall, we gather as a St. Jude’s Family with the greater Canadian Community and the Globe to recognize the efforts and success of one our Nation’s heroes, Terry Fox. We join in his efforts to raise awareness of cancer and work to eradicate cancer from the lives of our loved ones.

This year, the 41st anniversary of Terry’s Marathon of Hope, we will continue this tradition on Thursday September 30th, 2021. This year, along with last year, has proven to be years of perseverance and resilience. This day is also a day of recognition of, and reconciliation with our Indigenous community. We ask that Navigators that are able to, wear orange, as it is Orange Shirt Day as well. Together, as a community we can make a difference for all - past, present and future.

As a school we will run/walk/jog the field at set times with our school bubbles, maintaining social distance, but gaining health and spirit together.

We ask that you please donate to the Terry Fox Foundation through our school's name (link and code below). This way you can directly donate to the fundraising efforts. Please include the student’s name in the process. There is a gift for the highest fund raiser at St. Jude’s.
